FAQ

Q: What are the precautions for installing the flight control system?
A:
• Installation direction: The arrow points towards the front of the machine head.
Keep firmly fixed to avoid vibration-induced loosening.
The flight control should be installed as horizontally as possible, and kept away from strong interference sources such as motors and video transmitters.

Q: The flight control system is unable to connect to the parameter adjustment software / The computer doesn't recognize it?
A:
Check the USB cable and the driver to ensure they are functioning properly.
• Replace the USB port and shut down the computer's antivirus software
Confirm that the flight control system is properly powered on, then enter the Boot mode to re-flash the firmware.

Q: What should I do if the firmware flashing fails or causes the device to brick?
A:
Short-circuit the Boot pin to re-enter the flashing mode
Replace the data cable with the USB port of the computer
Use the official stable firmware to avoid version mismatches.
Q: Why is it necessary to calibrate the accelerometer and gyroscope?
A:
The flight control system relies on sensors to determine the aircraft's orientation. If not calibrated, it will result in:
• Boot drift
In the self-stabilization mode, tilting and drifting occur.
• Unable to pinpoint and out of control

Q: The compass (magnetometer) calibration failed/abnormal?
A:
Stay away from metals, motors, power sources, magnets, etc. to avoid interference.
• Calibration in an outdoor open area without magnetic field
When aligning the aircraft, rotate it slowly as instructed.

Q: The flight control system has been constantly reporting "excessive horizontal error"?
A:
Re-calibrate the accelerometer
Check if the flight control is installed properly and without any tilting or looseness.
• Confirm that the rack is itself level
Q: What are the differences between the self-leveling/angle/manual modes?
A:
• Self-stabilization/Angle Mode: After the club is swung back to the center, the aircraft automatically returns to its original position. This mode is suitable for beginners.
• Manual/Acro Mode: No automatic correction. Suitable for fancy flying.
• Other modes shall be subject to the flight control manual.

Q: Unlock failed / Unable to take off?
A:
Check if the remote control joystick is functioning properly (common method: using the inner/outer eight key to unlock)
View the prompts from the parameter adjustment software: Not calibrated, too large angle, abnormal signal
Check whether the connections of the motor, ESC (Electronic Speed Controller), and flight controller are all in normal condition.

Q: After takeoff, did it start to drift/lean to one side?
A:
Re-calibrate the accelerometer
Adjust the horizontal offset in the parameter tuning process.
Check whether the motor speeds are consistent and whether the frame is deformed.
IV. Remote Control and Receiver

Q: The remote control successfully synchronized with the transmitter, but the flight controller didn't respond?
A:
Check whether the channel mapping, sequence and reverse direction are correct.
Re-calibrate the neutral point of the remote control
Confirm that the wiring sequence between the receiver and the flight control system is correct.

Q: Signal interruption/loss control during flight?
A:
Check the receiver antenna and power supply.
Enable the out-of-control protection settings (landing / hovering)
Stay away from distractions and control the flight distance.

Enable the out-of-control protection settings (landing / hovering)
Stay away from distractions and control the flight distance.
Q: The motor is not rotating / rotating erratically / shaking?
A: Check the wiring and phase of the motor and the ESC (Electronic Speed Controller)
Re-calibrate the travel of the electronic control mechanism
Check for any locked rotor or bearing damage.

Q: How is the motor sequence determined?
A: Follow the motor sequence specified in the flight controller manual. In the parameter adjustment software, refer to the diagrams to ensure the correct direction of rotation.
Q: The OSD is not displaying / there is garbled text / the information is incomplete?
A:
Check the connections between the OSD, the flight control system, and the video transmission equipment.
Enable the corresponding OSD information in the parameter adjustment section.
Confirm the matching of the transmission format (NTSC/PAL)
VII. Failures and Safety

Q: The flight control is vibrating too much, and the image has a jelly-like effect?
A:
Strengthen flight control and shock absorption
Check whether the propeller is balanced and not deformed.
Reduce the manual PID values
Q: The flight control is vibrating too much, and the image has a jelly-like effect?
A:
Strengthen flight control and shock absorption
Check whether the propeller is balanced and not deformed.
Reduce the manual PID values

Q: Suddenly losing control and spinning during the flight?
A:
• Prior checks: damaged propeller, motor failure, compass interference
Post-landing inspection. Do not fly while ill.
Re-calibrate the sensors and check the firmware settings
Q: How should the flight control system be maintained on a daily basis?
A:
Avoid water ingress, impact and high temperatures.
Regularly check if the wiring is loose.
Update the official stable firmware in a timely manner

Q: What should be done if the flight control is damaged?
A: Keep the purchase receipt, contact the seller or the official after-sales service, and describe the malfunction and the usage environment.
I. Exemption from Liability for Timeliness and Delay
1. The estimated delivery time for cross-border logistics is for reference only, not a guaranteed delivery time. We will not be responsible for any delays caused by factors such as flight/cabin adjustments, port congestion, transfer queues, peak seasons, and destination end delivery capacity.
2. In case of transportation disruptions or delays caused by natural disasters, wars, riots, strikes, epidemic control measures, air traffic control/traffic management, network failures, etc., beyond our control, we shall be exempt from liability.
3. Any delays or extensions in customs clearance caused by government actions such as customs inspections, policy adjustments, or changes in tariff/quarantine requirements are considered normal risks. We do not bear any responsibility for such delays.

II. Customs Clearance and Compliance Responsibilities
1. You hereby guarantee that the goods you are shipping comply with the laws of both the departure country and the destination country, and do not contain prohibited or restricted items, infringement, counterfeiting, non-compliant declaration, unlicensed sensitive goods, etc. If the goods are detained, confiscated, returned, or fined due to non-compliance, all the responsibilities and costs will be borne by you.
